| BOOKING PROCEDURE |
| The person signing the booking form expressly warrants that he/she does so with the authority of all the persons named on the booking form. |
When booking, please send a deposit of £15 per person per night booked. You may make telephone/fax reservations if you wish, in which case we will hold your place for 7 days awaiting your confirmation and deposit. The balance must reach us at least 6 weeks before the start of the holiday; otherwise we cannot guarantee to hold your booking. Where bookings are made less than 6 weeks before the start of the tour, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
If you wish to alter your holiday arrangements after the booking has been confirmed, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability, but an alteration fee of £10 per person will be made. |
| PAYMENT |
| Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling by sterling cheque or by Visa or Mastercard credit card. Cheques to be made payable to Cotswold Walking Holidays Limited |
| CANCELLATION |
| Should a holiday booking have to be cancelled, the person signing the booking form must notify us in writing and will be liable to cancellation charges in accordance with the following scale depending on the period in which we receive notification of cancellation before the commencement date of your scheduled holiday: |

| INSURANCE |
| We do not accept any liability for any loss or injury however caused. We recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance covering you against illness, injury, and loss or damage to luggage. This insurance should also cover the possibility of your having to cancel your holiday for whatever reason. |
| EUROPEAN TRAVEL DIRECTIVE |
| In accordance with the E.C. Directive 90/314/EC all passengers booking with Cotswold Walking Holidays Limited are fully protected against the loss of all monies paid to us for the holiday (and repatriation if required) due to insolvency, by way of an Insurance Policy with De Montfort Insurance Company PLC. The administrators of the scheme are Status Insurance Management Ltd, PO Box 2256, Billericay, Essex CM12 0DH. |
| ALTERATIONS TO ROUTES |
We reserve the right to make alterations to routes to take account of local conditions and circumstances.
